What services do you supply?

We are a consulting company who offers professional, fully managed outbound prospecting at scale. We reach out to your targeted prospects via email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns booking meetings directly on your calendar. Our experts have a variety of programs at their disposal and customize solutions to fit your unique needs.

What is an outbound campaign?

An outbound campaign is a targeted approach to reaching out to new potential customers and generating new leads. Our team of experts will help you build awareness in your total addressable market through education, driving traffic to your website, and engaging potential customers with your brand. 

Are you expert in our industry?

We work with many companies and have proven methodologies to deliver results across most industries. 

Can I create a custom package?

Sure thing! You can pick one, two to three specific services, to get started. We believe in starting slow and then Acceler8ing!! Liking what you see? Then add or expand services at any time. 

What is a lead?

A lead is anyone who meets your ICP criteria and interacts in a positive way with your brand. We categorize leads as SQL’s and Verified responses so you know who needs your immediate attention. SQL’s are the ones that require immediate action! Verified responses provide a useful contact for your CRM.  Our appointment setters will work ALL leads to try and get that meeting.

How qualified is a lead?

How qualified do you want it? We can provide you with all the leads as they come in, or can book appointments into your calendar with people who want to meet. Every lead will be checked to make sure it matches your ICP and your appointment setter can ask qualifying questions in their followup if required. 

How much does it cost?

Costs are typically lower than the cost of an internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) and one campaign can drive leads for many SDRs.  

Every program we offer is custom build for you individually - our average prices are around $5000-$7500 per month depending on your needs. 

How many leads will I get?

This is like asking how long is a piece of string! Prospecting is hard (otherwise you wouldn’t be contacting us) and can vary on many factors including your industry, your offering, how established you are as a company, your competition, your website, and your solution. 

Do you make appointments?

Absolutely. Our own team of SDRs can correspond with every lead by email and book those appointments right on your calendar. We can even confirm meetings and rebook if required.      

How long is the contract?

Marketing campaigns takes at least 8-12 weeks to get through a total messaging sequence and a month to set up your campaign. So to give yourself a fighting chance we recommend a month of marketing time of 6 months. 

Who don’t you work with?

We only work with 30 clients at any time to make sure we give you the personal service you deserve especially as many clients run multiple projects simultaneously. 

We don’t work with clients who don’t have a sense of humor, and that demographic usually shies away from our weirdness anyway. We want to be the right fit for your business and deliver a creative service with personality. If we get the feeling that we aren’t necessarily jelling, we will initiate a conversation to see what we can adjust in our partnership to better suit your business needs.

DELIVERY

What is your onboarding process?

Once your agreement and payment details are finalized, your Account Manager will reach out to book your kick-off meeting. 

During your kick-off meeting, we learn all about your business and discuss our process and how we can help achieve your goals. We will walk you through our 3-stage delivery process and gather data to start the build of your campaign.

When does my billing cycle start?

Your billing cycle will start on the contract signature when your setup charges will be billed.  Your monthly charges will be billed after your campaign has launched and monthly thereafter. 

What domains/email address do you use?

Each client has a series of dedicated domains and emails purchased just for you! These can be transferred to you at the end of your campaign. 

Who do the emails be sent from?

The emails will be sent from your designated person typically with the most authority to talk about your company. All replies come to our team for filtering and categorization before leads are sent to your CRM. 

What is your process for identifying my ICP?

You will be asked to complete a Total Addressable Market (TAM) questionnaire as part of the sales process. We will then meet to discuss this, segmenting your TAM and build your target markets and the appropriate messaging. 

Do you provide Data?

All data is included.

How many emails do you send out a day?

Upto 150 per campaign. This may be split across multiple target markets. 

Can you integrate with my CRM?

We integrate with all major CRM’s and will confirm compatibility during the sales process. 

Do you provide copywriting services?

Yes. All messaging copy to support your campaign is included. Additional campaigns may require new copy which will be charged. You may purchase outbound copy regardless of whether we mange your campaign.

Can we provide our own copy?

Yes, but we reserve the right to edit it :-)

How do I get my leads?

Leads will be sent via email to your inbox, directly to your CRM, to your appointment setter and will be displayed on your personalized 24/7 dashboard. 

How can I make sure you don't contact existing clients?

We will ask you to give us a Do not contact list of all individuals and companies you do not wish us to contact. This should include current and past clients, active prospects, competitors, partners, Investors, Board of Directors. We ask that you update this on a regular basis. 

What reports do I get?

Your have access to a 24/7 performance dashboard should all your campaign stats, meeting booked and in progress and full history of your lead. 

We have our own database - can we add it to the campaign?

Yes, we can utilize your own lists, and add a campaign for your cold/lost leads as well.  

How often do you optimize a campaign?

We strive for performance. Optimization is included in your campaign.  Realistically stats are not reliable until 1000 prospects have gone through the whole messaging series. However, if we see something is not resonating we will optimize immediately. 

 

SUPPORT

When can I talk to my Account Manager?

Every. Single. Day. We are happy for you to contact us every freakin’ single (business) day. We pride ourselves on our dedicated follow-up approach. We just *really* care okay? We are going to engage with you in so many ways, from dashboards to reports, phone calls to lead forms. We pride ourselves in keeping you updated and we work Every. Single. Day. diligently on your company’s marketing.

Can any of our employees contact you for support?

Efficiency is one of our primary goals, and misunderstandings can snowball when there are too many lines of communication. So we recommend a single point of contact for your campaign. 

The best way to reach your Account Manager is via email, or if needed you may book an appointment for a dedicated time slot via their dedicated calendar link. 

How do I change or update my Target Market?

We will change your target market monthly after the review meeting if required. Corrections to remove or add a title can be done through your account manager at any time. 

What happens to Out of Office replies?

They are rescheduled after 2 weeks. 

Can I stop you from targeting a company after the campaign has started?

We have a comprehensive process to make sure we don't contact your clients or prospects, your competition, or your friends and family. You can add people to this list as often as you want, whenever you want at no charge. Just inform your Account manager and they will make it happen. 

Help a staff member left - how do we change our campaign?

Easy. Just let us know this has happened and for a small change fee we will restart your campaign with a different sender. 

Can I add more campaigns and services?

Absolutely!  You can add or remove campaigns or additional services at any time!
