DEFINITIONS
Defined terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned in the Agreement.
Appointment Setting Services. Consultant’s fully managed service that provides lead management, lead nurturing, lead follow-up, and meeting scheduling.
Client IP: IP supplied by your client for use in the creation of deliverables.
Creative Services: creative solutions tailored to enhance Outreach Services. Offerings include expert web development for engaging landing pages and websites, innovative branding to distinguish your business, and impactful design for sales and marketing collateral. Also includes event media design and social media engagement campaigns, all strategically aligned to ensure synergy across Acceler8Now’s services.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM). A database used to house, manage, and maintain various types of data and information about customers or business contacts.
Developed IP: IP which has been created by your business as a result of providing the scope of agreed deliverables to your client (e.g. the output materials.
Do Not Contact List (DNC). To avoid Consultant accidentally targeting one of the Client's working prospects or customers, it is highly recommended that the Client provide a list of clients, emails, and domains not to be contacted so they may be excluded from any campaign. We recommend this is updated weekly. The Consultant cannot be held responsible for accidental targeting if this is not updated.
Effective Date. The date the master services agreement and/or statement of work is signed.
Email Outreach. An innovative email campaign custom-built to penetrate Client’s top target organizations.
Launch Date. The date the campaign launches and defines the start date of the contracted service.
Lead. An individual, organization, and/or company within Client’s predefined target market: (a) expressing a current interest in learning more via email or phone or by clicking through to Client's website; (b) expressing interest in learning more via email or phone in the future; or (c) referring Client to the appropriate person at their company with contact information.
LinkedIn Outreach. LinkedIn has become a proven channel to generate high-quality meetings through outbound. Our fully managed service targets 400 prospects per month and automates the process to connect with them on LinkedIn.
- Acceler8now can not be held responsible for LinkedIn cool-downs or account terminations, as these are outside our control.
- LinkedIn recommends a Social Selling Score (SSI) of 65% - 85% for optimal performance.
- Sales Navigator is recommended for a higher degree of targeting.
Meeting. An individual, organization, and/or company within Client’s predefined target market:
- expressing a current interest in learning more via email or phone and a meeting is scheduled;
- expressing interest in learning more via email or phone in the future and a meeting is scheduled;
- referring Client to the appropriate person at their company with contact information and the referral schedules a meeting; or
- calls or inquires outside of email (e.g., clicks on a link in an email, calls from email, contacts from LinkedIn profile link, etc.) and a meeting is scheduled with 7 days of click engagement. In this event, Client must promptly notify Consultant to discontinue marketing efforts directed at that target.
Nurturing Services. Consultant’s management and re-engagement program that creates, delivers, and manages leads that wanted to meet but got cold or busy.
Outreach Campaign. Consultant’s marketing of Client and Client’s services and products to third parties as agreed in this Agreement.
Pause Campaign. Client may choose to put a campaign on pause for up to 90 days for $750 a month at any time. All emails or LinkedIn messaging will stop, and the system will stay in sleep mode but maintain the system, databases, messages, and DNC and can be reactivated at any time with no setup fees. Changes in the database or copy may incur additional costs. The contract will be extended equal to the time paused.
Prospecting Services. Targets company senior management, sales and marketing teams, and executives to generate connections to high-quality new prospects each month.
Service Provider IP: IP which has been created by Contractor independently of providing the scope of agreed services to Client (that may be included in the output materials).
Statement of Work. The services contracted between Client and Consultant.
Total Addressable Market (TAM). Utilizing information provided by the Client, Consultant will create a subset of email addresses to be targeted by the campaign. This subset may be adjusted over time to optimize the campaign.
Third Party IP: IP which belongs to third parties. For example, the output materials may incorporate a font design, image, or software plug-in acquired from an independent third party source. The use of third party material incorporated in the deliverables may be subject to obtaining a license from the copyright owner of the third party material.
